1. Acceptance

By using TunnuTHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

TunnuTHub provides online tools for developers, designers, and businesses. Tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue tools at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Individual tool unlocks are one-time, non-refundable purchases.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, abuse rate limits, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. Violation may result in account termination.

6. API Usage

API access is limited to All-Access tier subscribers. API usage is subject to rate limiting (100 requests/minute). Do not share your API credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

TunnuTHub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools. You are responsible for validating the output of any tool before using it in production.
